Based in the US, Viking Global Investors is an investment firm, while Birchbox is a retailer of beauty, grooming and lifestyle products based in the US.
Katia Beauchamp is Birchbox’s CEO and co-founder.
Medilogistics Corp has initiated a tender offer to acquire all outstanding shares of DS Healthcare Group.
Based in the US, DS Healthcare is a personal-care, product development and marketing company, while Medilogistics corp is a non-emergency medical transport services provider based in the US and a subsidiary of Medilogistics.
Kingsdale Advisors has been appointed as agent by Medilogistics Corp for the tender offer.
The transaction is scheduled for completion on 29 May 2018.
Naturally Splendid Enterprises has completed an acquisition of the entire issued and outstanding shares of Absorbent Concepts for C$0.64m ($0.49m).
Naturally Splendid Enterprises is a Canadian biotechnology and consumer products producer, while Absorbent Concepts is an organic hemp-based products producer based in Canada.
The company’s product portfolio includes hulled seeds, cold-pressed hemp seed oil, and high-percentage protein powder.
Absorbent Concepts saw a revenue of C$0.1m ($0.84m) in the fiscal year ending 2017.
Naturally Splendid Enterprises offers plant-derived, bioactive ingredients, nutrient dense foods and associated products.
