Yonsei University Nutrition and Health has introduced two skin-whitening facial masks in the Philippines, following certification by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) in Korea.
The new collagen and snail facial masks feature skin-whitening ingredient niacinamide, and are developed to rejuvenate dehydrated skin. They are claimed to be free of artificial colours, benzophenone, and mineral oil.
To ensure a high-quality manufacturing process, the masks are said to be produced in a good manufacturing practice (GMP) certified factory.
Yonsei University Nutrition and Health global business department executive Sora Yoo said: “We expect Philippine consumers can find their own beauty with bright and healthy skin, by using the new facial masks of Yonsei University Nutrition and Health.”
The university has selected K-Pop singer Kriesha Chu to represent the new masks, which are currently available for purchase at S&R Membership Shopping stores in the country.
Yoo further added: "We believe Kriesha Chu's bright and healthy image and her pure and clean skin would best represent our new facial masks.”
The non-profit Yonsei University Nutrition and Health is affiliated with Yonsei University in Korea.
