Universal Beauty Group has closed a venture funding round to raise €1.5m ($1.7m).
Funding was provided to the French cosmetics products maker from venture capital firm Audacia. Both of the companies are based in France.
The funds are intended to be invested in production, marketing, and expansion of Universal Beauty Group's operations in France and rest of the world.
Ancora investment Holdings has announced that it has invested in cosmetics company Indie Lee.
Indie Lee produces beauty products and all natural skincare facial products.
Both the companies involved in the transaction are based in the US.
