L’Oréal Paris is set to launch singer Camila Cabello’s makeup collection, Havana.
The Cuban-American singer and songwriter’s Havana range will be available to consumers for a limited period of time.
Designed in close collaboration with L’Oréal Paris, Camila Carbello’s makeup collection marks the singer’s debut beauty product after becoming a spokeswoman for the brand in July last year. She has participated in the brand’s annual Women of Worth celebration and was featured in the Elvive Haircare Comeback campaign.
The set is claimed to be inspired by Carbello’s hometown. It includes Havana Sun-Lit Bronzer, Havana Gotta Give Brow, Havana Flash Liner, Havana Lip Dew lip gloss, and the Havana Eyeshadow, which are said to be natural-looking, universally appealing shades that are delivered in vibrant packaging.
Cabello said: “I am extremely proud and excited about the Havana collection. I wanted to create products that not only I would personally wear, but that would work well across various skin tones.
“For me, looking and feeling my best helps fuel my confidence and I hope to inspire other people to feel the same.”
The 14-piece collection will include a mix of different wearable colours that would be suitable for users of all skin tones.
President at L’Oréal Paris USA Tim Coolican said: “Camila is such an inspiration and empowering role model to women everywhere. She’s defied expectations, has broken records, uses her voice to advocate for important causes and truly embodies our brand mission of championing worth.
“L’Oréal Paris is thrilled to bring Camila’s vision for her own makeup collection to life for the first time.”
The products in the collection range from $9.99 to $14.99, and will be available exclusively at Ulta.com from 15 July this year.
In August, the products will be made accessible for consumers worldwide at food and drug stores in the US.
