Ranging from skincare to make-up, the full US assortment from both brands is now offered in the Amazon Premium Beauty store.

Henkel’s Zotos Professional launched a new cannabidiol (CBD) and hemp seed oil-infused hair care brand, Wellphoria.
The new brand is launching with five professional products for ‘total hair wellness’.
Wellphoria’s five products include a shampoo, conditioner, intensive treatment masque, hair and scalp oil, and hand and body lotion.
The products have been designed to help people stay healthy and provide their strands with a feel-good glow.
L’Oréal Paris introduces at-home hair colour service
L’Oréal Paris launched a new at-home hair colour service, known as Haircolor Concierge, to help customers to confidently and conveniently colour their hair.
According to the company, 37% of US consumers who usually colour their hair in the salon coloured their hair at home for the first time ever due to Covid-19 pandemic.
L’Oréal Paris saw a 40% increase in hair colour enquiries to their consumer care centre over the past few months and many of them have been inspired by spokeswoman Eva Longoria’s own at-home hair colour success story.
Present Life acquires One Ocean Beauty
US-based beauty and wellness company One Ocean Beauty was acquired by Present Life, which is a partner of the global investment fund The Craftory.
Financial details of the deal have not been disclosed.
One Ocean Beauty’s formulations use marine ingredients from the world’s oceans.
New shaving company V launches in US
New eco-friendly shaving company for women V has finally launched in the US after much anticipation.
The razor maker is known for offering its product in a range of colours and finishes. Rose gold, teal, purple shimmer and white matte are a few from among its 14 designs.

US-based Volition Beauty launched Orangesicle Balancing Daily Cleanser with Prebiotics + Antioxidants.
This daily gel cleanser, which is claimed to be free of sulfate, gently removes pore-clogging impurities and soothes the complexion.
Claimed to be a crowdsourced beauty brand, Volition collaborated with its customers to understand the desired benefits, ingredients, and functions of the cleanser and is claimed to have sent samples of two different formulas to its top customers.
Edgewell Personal Care Company agrees to acquire CREMO for $235m
Edgewell Personal Care Company signed a definitive agreement to acquire CREMO, a men’s grooming company in the US, for $235m in cash.
CREMO is a growing brand in the men’s grooming segment. It provides a line of beard, hair, shaving prep and skincare products.
The firm will complement Edgewell’s portfolio of brands such as Jack Black and Bulldog, as well as boost Edgewell’s penetration within the men’s grooming segment.

Revlon plans to seek dismissal of lawsuit brought by UMB Bank
Revlon is planning to seek a dismissal of the lawsuit brought against it by UMB Bank on behalf of its lenders.
In the case filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, UMB Bank has accused Revlon of unlawfully shifting its collateral trademarks tied to approximately $1.8bn loan.
The lawsuit also named Citibank, Jefferies Finance and others as defendants.
