





Fragrance Creators Association seeks exemption from mandatory closure amid coronavirus
Fragrance Creators Association, the North America trade association representing the fragrance industry, sent a letter to exclude fragrance manufacturing facilities from mandatory closures amid coronavirus (Covid-19).
The letter was addressed to officials including the Congressional Fragrance Caucus members and other state and local elected members.
Fragrance Creators Association president and CEO Farah Ahmed said: “The association is focused on driving awareness that fragrance is a critical component of cleaning and sanitizing formulation.
“We stand together with federal, state, and local governments in the desire to meet this challenge, and are committed to ensuring that Americans continue to have access to essential health products that protect against the spread of Covid-19.”
The Village Company launches HALLU by Peyton body and bath line
The Village Company announced the launch of HALLU by Peyton, a new line of bath and body products co-designed by actress Peyton List.
Peyton List is known by fans as Emma Ross on the Disney hit shows Jessie and Bunk’d.

Ulta Beauty provides Covid-19-related update on business
US beauty retailer Ulta Beauty has provided updates to its operations in response to the increasing Covid-19 pandemic.
As Covid-19 continues to spread throughout the US, the company will temporarily close all of its stores effective from 19 March until at least 31 March as a precautionary measure.
Most stores will continue to be outlets for online purchases and a pick-up facility in-store will be available as allowed by local and state regulations.
Men’s grooming brand Manscaped launches in UK
US-based male hygiene brand Manscaped launched in the UK.
The brand’s arrival represents the third international market entrance in less than two weeks.
Manscaoed chief operating officer Kevin Datoo said: “The UK is a large strategic expansion point for the company.
“We experienced an immense positive reception in Australia and Canada, and we anticipate the same in this populous and equally sophisticated region.”

US-based skincare firm MyChelle Dermaceuticals launched new cannabidiol (CBD) skincare products with a modern redesign to celebrate its 20th anniversary.
Expanding its CBD-based skincare line, the company has unveiled its ENHANCE collection, which is made of hemp-derived CBD, exotic botanical oils, and potent antioxidants.
MyChelle’s other CBD skincare products include Enhance CBD lotion, Enhance CBD serum, Enhance CBD lip balm, and Enhance CBD rinse-free wash.

The collection features ready-to-use applicators and doesn’t require gloves or mixing. The applicator allows users to comb the lightweight colouring foam straight into the hair.
The applicator and canister can be reused for future colourings.
