Japanese electronics company Panasonic has developed a smart mirror, which identifies makeup flaws and prints out a combination pad of concealer and foundation makeup according to help the user fix identified areas.
The mirror analyses facial shapes and complexions and accordingly prints a temporary tatoo-like customised patch. The user can then apply the sheet against the skin to hide makeup flaws.
However, the makeup printer takes about a minute to produce the customised print-out and this needs a day of drying before it can be applied, reported Ubergizmo.com.
Earlier this year, a prototype was unveiled in Las Vegas, and an upgraded model was debuted this week in Japan.
The new updated version makes use of high-definition cameras to analyse every part of face. It then provides print-outs of false eyelashes, concealer, and blusher.
