Symrise to showcase new skin solutions at in-cosmetics 2014

Symrise will showcase various anti-ageing ingredients and products at in-cosmetics 2014, which would be held in Hamburg, Germany, from 1-3 April.

Symrise will present a range of new products at its booth 4B40, focusing on anti-aging solutions and natural ingredients as well as a cooperation for fairly traded Shea butter.

SymVital AgeRepair is a 100% pure ginger root extract, which is China compliant.

It claims to protect against premature skin aging and restore the skin youthfulness.

The natural ingredient is also said to improve skin smoothness, complexion regularity and homogeneity of irritated and stressed skin.
The Symrise marine collection is composed of select ingredients from the underwater world.

The new, trendy range from Symrise includes sugar kelp, red and brown algae, amber and pearl as well as unique cosmetic products such as "Fleur de Sel de Camargue," an oyster shell extract, and more.

Symrise senior vice president Life Essentials and Global Head Cosmetic Ingredients Dr. Gabriele Vielhaber said, ""Products fighting the premature aging of skin, ingredients from nature and responsibly sourced raw materials are in high demand with customers and consumers."

"We are doing a lot of research in these areas. At in-cosmetics 2014, we are showcasing a selection of our ingredient solutions for these topics. We will also introduce a novel, UV protection product at the trade show," he added.

Symrise also offers fairly traded organic certified Shea butter from Ghana, which comes with exclusive Fair Trade certification and is produced according to ECOCERT standard.
